1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SerialPrint (Devel Blockchain LTDA), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What SerialPrint is

SerialPrint is a marketplace that connects clients who need 3D printing or CNC parts with suppliers who can produce them. We facilitate the connection, hold payments in escrow during fulfillment, and provide communication tools. We are not the manufacturer, and we are not a party to the contract between client and supplier — that contract is between the two of you.

3. Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Roles

Clients request quotes, place orders, pay, and confirm delivery.
Suppliers publish their capabilities, respond to quotes, fulfill orders, and receive payouts after the client confirms delivery.

5. Orders, quotes, and escrow

A quote becomes a binding offer once submitted by the supplier, and a binding contract once accepted by the client.
Payment is held in escrow by Stripe after the client pays and is released to the supplier after the client confirms delivery or after the dispute window closes without a dispute.
SerialPrint charges a commission per completed order, disclosed at the time of quote acceptance.

6. Cancellations, disputes, and refunds

Either party may dispute an order under the conditions stated in the order workflow. SerialPrint acts as an impartial mediator and may release or refund funds based on evidence provided. Material misrepresentation, late delivery, or non-delivery may result in refund to the client.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

upload designs you do not own or have permission to produce;
request or produce items that infringe intellectual property, are illegal, dangerous, or weapons;
circumvent the platform’s payment system to avoid commission;
misuse contact channels for spam or unrelated commercial outreach;
attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.

8. Content and IP

You retain all rights to the designs and files you upload. You grant SerialPrint a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content as necessary to operate the service (e.g., showing files to the chosen supplier).

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time from the Privacy Center. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice unless safety or legal reasons require otherwise.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. SerialPrint is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of content provided by users, nor for the underlying production performed by suppliers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the commissions you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the city stated in our registered address, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction require otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email and/or an in-app notification before they take effect.
